The standard package of the available TECHNICAL DESIGNS on the website of Ready Made Designs contains the following sections:
1. Architecture /AC//
2. Construction Structures /CS/
3. Water and Sewage Pipelines
4. Electricity Supply and Electrical Installation
5. Health and Safety Plan
6. Energy efficiency and heat

7. Fire Safety /FS/   - <= new part included in Ordinance 4 and required to obtain a building permit !

Bills of Quantities are developed for all designs.
The price published on the site includes only the above mentioned design works. Water and Sewage and Electricity sections do not include the so called external connections. The basis of the construction design and parts of Health and Safety Plan may need to be changed for some of the projects depending on the geological conditions and geodesic data. According to the rules and regulations the full design documentation set should contain also the following sections:
1. Engineering and geological study of your property (plot, ground)
2. Landscaping and lanes of the property
Sections 1 and 2 can be assigned separately to respective designers or a team of Ready Made Designs can undertake these tasks.
Ready Made Designs offers a complex service with full responsibility at all stages of the investment life cycle – design > construction permit > construction > commissioning.
The Complex service can include all or part of the above mentioned activities:
1. Conformity assessment of the design project and provision of construction permit
2. Author control during construction
3. Construction supervision /Technical control/, including preparation of the necessary construction documentation, deeds and protocols during construction, Technical Passport, Permit to Use and Certificate of Commissioning.
4. Investor Control
